Apprenticeship: Four years
About From exteriors, roofs, structural concrete, infrastructure and scaffolding, to the finish work and trim, carpenters work is apparent in various areas of a building project. Some carpenters specialize in interiors including metal framing, drywall installation, acoustical ceilings, wall partitions and computer-access flooring. Apprenticeship Training Related training is required and completed in 40-hour increments Monday-Friday, four times per year.
